Exchange/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date the product was dispatched. The product must be unworn and be returned in the original packaging.

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach us. We suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage.

At this stage we cannot cover shipping costs for exchanges/returns so this expense will need to be covered by yourself and not the company.

Once the item(s) have been received we will check it and process the refund/exchange, please allow up to 10 working days for this.
